About Canad Inns Foundation

Mission Statement.

Our mission is to support worthy initiatives that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. We work towards this mission by partnering with and supporting charitable organizations that are directly engaged in initiatives that improve the quality of life in the places we call home.

Working Together Today for a Better Tomorrow

The Canad Inns Foundation was established in 2011 to help make a positive impact in the communities we serve. We believe in supporting healthy and vibrant communities by partnering with Manitoba-based charities.

Youth Health and Wellness:

Youth health, wellness, and sport are vital to the health of any community. We support our communities today and tomorrow by supporting various youth initiatives.

Indigenous Health and Wellness:

A Manitoba grown company on Treaty 1 territory in the heart of the traditional homeland of the Red River Métis Nation, we are invested in working with and supporting First Nations in our communities.

Women’s Health and Wellness:

Women’s health research continues to be under-funded. As a company with a strong female leadership team in an industry with more than half of all employees being women, we support healthcare for all with a specific focus on women’s health.

In addition, our company began in 1948 with a 9-room motel in Poplarfield owned by Ukrainian Canadian. As a Family-owned business to this day, we support over 130 years of Ukrainians making their home in Manitoba and support Manitoba-based Ukrainian Canadian Organizations.
