Our Ambassador Banquet & Conference Centre is perfect for your special event or function. Your guests will be impressed with our large private clubroom able to accommodate 650 people. Plan your next business dinner, celebration, or conference. Private functions like weddings and anniversaries are presented with class and style. Unlimited free parking, spacious guest rooms, exceptional catering and exemplary personal service are hallmarks of the Canad Inns Ambassador Banquet & Conference experience.
Our primary Ambassador Banquet & Conference Centre function rooms are located on our third floor level offering rooms with over 13,810 square feet of space. Our bright and spacious reception areas adjacent to the function rooms are ideal for small to medium size trade shows and are accessible by our grand staircase and elevators. Fully accessible washrooms are also located on this floor level.
Our Ambassador Banquet & Conference Centre menu provides a full selection and range of possibilities from a basic coffee service to our gala banquet menus for 3, 4 or 5-course dinners. For those with special requests, our Executive Chef will build the menu to meet your requirements.
The function rooms are equipped with high speed Internet access and telephone lines complete with controlled lights providing flexibility of use. The hotel can provide audiovisual equipment, dance floor sections, head tables as required.
For a unique venue explore our Blue Lagoon function room, ideal for those smaller gala banquet events, themed business meetings, family functions even intimate weddings. This function room is located on our main floor level adjacent to our Aaltos allowing for a variety of food and beverage options from our Ambassador Banquet & Conference Centre menus.
For those wishing to provide “something different” ask for our “Casino Theme” program to add to the flavour of your event or between/ after the event, your attendees can take the short walk through our corridor to the Club Regent Casino and experience live gaming first hand.
