|Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing Canad Four Star Service and by exceeding guest expectations.
¨ Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
¨ Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems
¨ Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
¨ Performs other duties as required to provide Canad Four Star Service
Maintains overall cleanliness of the hotel’s public space areas, offices and private areas by cleaning all assigned areas thoroughly on a daily basis and performing deep cleaning projects as assigned
¨ Cleans all assigned public areas
¨ Cleaning of public restrooms
¨ Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor
¨ Cleans and polishes floors, windows, mirrors, vending machines, etc.
¨ Vacuums, shampoos and removes spots from carpets
¨ Removes all litter from public space
¨ Dusts thoroughly
¨ Adheres to safety precautions and procedures for using hazardous chemicals
¨ Maintains supply cart
¨ Reports maintenance requests on a timely basis
¨ Delivers all received linens to all floors in an efficient controlled manner
¨ All other duties as required
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
¨ Attends work on time as scheduled
¨ Knows and follows safety procedures concerning blood-borne pathogens
¨ Follows safety and security rules and procedures
