Specific responsibilities and duties of the Night Auditor include:
¨ Reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions ¨ Ensuring all revenue is posted efficiently and accurately ¨ Complete daily reconciliations ¨ Operate a cash register and all processes of payment ¨ Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems ¨ Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee ¨ Performs other duties as required to provide Canad Four Star Service ¨ Maximizes customer satisfaction by executing detailed instructions for all guests and potential guests ¨ Establishes professional and courteous rapport with guest to maximize satisfaction and repeat business ¨ All other duties as required
