Summary: The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will work closely as a “hand-on” employee and be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of the Housekeeping department including planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of the housekeeping department. |
Responsibilities: |
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager to oversee, lead, and direct the Housekeeping operations of the housekeeping, public space, and laundry areas.
- Monitor budget status and take corrective steps as appropriate.
- Inspect rooms, public space, and back-of-the-house areas continually, and take action and respond to maintain services and standards.
- Assists the Housekeeping Manager to develop and implement employee engagement strategies and practices.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
- 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality supervisory role.
- Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and managing performance and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
