|Purpose: To create 100% Guest Satisfaction by providing beverage service to GSP guests
|Areas of Responsibility:
|The Server is responsible for informing guests of meal and drink features, offering suggestions, and carefully recording requests and wishes. The Server will ensure all needs of guests are met beyond average expectations.
Specific expectations of the GSP Server include:
¨ Greet, serve and acknowledge guests in a friendly and polite manner
¨ Smile and introduce yourself to your guests as their server
¨ Review features and answer questions regarding the features;
¨ Use suggestive selling techniques to up-sell items and increase guest cheque average
¨ Inspect each plate and for appearance and correctness
¨ Follow up with customers within 2 minutes of your delivery to ensure quality and 100% guest satisfaction
¨ Clear away unfinished products, empty glasses, plates, soup spoons, etc ASAP
¨ Offer dessert and/or after dinner drink suggestions including
¨ Thank guests for choosing Garbonzo’s
¨ Replenish supplies on tables and in work stations throughout the shift
¨ Adhere to all MLCC regulations governing the service of alcohol, that are appropriate to the position and all other government codes and regulations.
¨ Clean and wipe down all tables, chairs and booths and other machines and supplies per restaurant standards
¨ Other duties as assigned

|Key Skills and Requirements:
|Able to work… a minimum of 4 shifts per week/weekend and be Legal age
Can acquire… Serving it Safe certification and Criminal Background Check
