The Director of Marketing and Communications leads the department in the development and management a variety of marketing and communications strategies for the organization. You will lead the development of initiatives that turn corporate goals into tangible marketing and communication strategies. You will act as the liaison between the Corporate Leadership and internal operations and external consultants and teams. This role requires an analytical strategic thinker with advanced organizational skills and the ability to work independently to produce tangible results.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant educational or employment experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and tools.
