Responsibilities: |
- Coordinates all hot and cold food preparation, including banquets when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to our standards of food quality, recipes, and preparation.
- Maintain product consistency through inspections of seasonings, portions, and appearance of food.
- Coordinate service with restaurant and banquet operations.
- Handle delegation of staff for preparation and service in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquets.
- Assists in the coordination of inventory and purchasing of all supplies.

Qualifications: |
- 2 years of experience in culinary roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering exceptional guest service and culinary excellence.
- Demonstrates recipe knowledge for soups, sauces, and entrees, making suggestions to improve quality and eliminate waste.
- Enthusiastic commitment to delivering dishes of the highest quality, consistently exceeding customers’ expectations.
