Areas of Responsibility: | ||
The Manager will operate the Bottle Stop on a daily basis. The Bottle Stop Manager is expected to be a hotel leader, and will possess the ability to work closely with a variety of different people. The Manager must be willing to work as a hands-on employee assisting in every area as necessary. The Bottle Stop Manager will assist in achieving financial goals; be responsible for ensuring that all employees achieve the standards and goals set by Canad Inns.
The Bottle Stop Manager must be able to work full time hours, days, evenings, and/or weekends; Articulately communicate both verbally and in writing; Clean with good hygiene habits; Experience in a similar environment in a management or supervisory role; Extroverted personality; General knowledge of product and merchandise, product and labour costing, inventory controls and staff management; Good disposition; Leadership skills; Multi-tasks efficiently; Organized, accurate and reliable; Recognizes and resolves problems quickly and efficiently; Strong math and basic computer skills; Valid driver’s license; Can acquire Criminal Background Check, “Smart Choices”, and Forklift Handler Certificates.
The Bottle Stop Manager is required to know product merchandise; Learn store hours of operation, specials, features and promotions; Work in a fast paced environment; Perform safe heavy lifting; Bend and stretch on a daily basis; Work in a busy atmosphere with loud noises and large crowds; Stand, walk and perform job duties during your shift; Operate all equipment including operating a cash register and processing all forms of payment, such as credit cards, cash, interact, etc., while working quickly and efficiently. |
