The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all duties within the restaurant at an exceptional level, in order to properly train new employees of such standards. The Supervisor must be willing to work as a hands-on employee in all areas as necessary. The Supervisor will help minimize the costs of operating the restaurant while maximizing revenue. The Supervisor will assist in the implementation and maintenance of up-selling and incentive programs. The Supervisor may coordinate the recruitment, selection and orientation activities of all FOH restaurant employees. The Supervisor will ensure time sheets are completed in an orderly and timely fashion. The Supervisor will participate in a monthly inspection of furniture, fixtures and equipment with the Maintenance Manager and General Manager. |
