Canad Inns Loyalty Points Program
Terms & Conditions
- Canad Inns Loyalty Points will be provided upon the formula of ONE POINT per DOLLAR SPENT for products & services purchased from Canad Inns before taxes, gratuities & service charges.
- Products & services must be supported with a receipt and includes:
- Guest room stays
- Food & beverage services
- Telephone & Internet access purchased services
- Ambassador Banquet & Conference services
- Other products/services identified as eligible for points accumulation by Canad Inns
- Program Exclusions include:
- Non-receipted products/services (i.e. vending machine purchases, coin operated products/services, pay telephones, gaming, betting, lotteries, etc.)
- Vendor/Beer Store purchases
- Third party products/services invoiced via Canad Inns
- "Contra" or in-kind and promotional/complimentary products/services
- All points may be redeemed in accordance with the published Loyalty Point Redemption Program and various special offers published to members
- Points are non-redeemable for cash
- Points are non-transferable to other accounts without the expressed permission of Canad Inns
- Points redemption offers involving "third parties" [non Canad Inns products/services] must be redeemed in accordance with the published conditions of said offers/specials
- Communications will be conducted to members via direct mailing, email messaging and/or direct calls by Canad Inns representatives
- Membership cards remain the property of Canad Inns and may be reclaimed at any time
- BLACK OUT PERIODS - guest rooms cannot be redeemed for use on New Year's Eve
- Guest room redemptions are subject to availability at time of booking
- Canad Inns reserves the right to alter/change and cancel the Canad Inns Loyalty Points Program at any time. In the event of program cancellation, a minimum of six (6) months notice will be provided to members and a minimum of six (6) months will be provided for members to redeem any accumulated points.
- Canad Inns reserves the right to identify and contact program partners for the mutual benefit of the members and Canad Inns
- The information requested is to be used solely by Canad Inns and the host supplier (- MerchantCard Acceptance) to complete an account for the member of the Canad Inns Loyalty Points program. This information will be used for communication between Canad Inns and the member for the Loyalty Points program account and for the communication of any special promotions or changes to this member program. The information will not be shared with other parties or sold and/or distributed other than the database for the Canad Inns Loyalty Points program and the database maintained by MerchantCard Acceptance.
