The Guest Services Agent will represent the highest standard of excellence in welcomes and guest service.Some Guest Services Agent duties include (but are not limited to): All front-desk related tasks including reservations, Check-ins/Check-outs and maintaining a busy switchboard. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends; articulately communicate both verbally and in writing; be bondable; clean with good hygiene habits; detail-oriented; enjoy meeting and talking to a variety of different people; ability to efficiently multi-task with limited supervision; display a professional attitude and expectations, and a positive and up-beat attitude and demeanor; ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently; possess strong mathematical and computer skills; work in a team environment and with the public in a calm, courteous, friendly and professional manner; Able to take direction and learn quickly; Ability to obtain a recent Criminal Record Check will be required
