Canad Inns Winter Wonderland is a drive through festive light show celebrating the holiday season. Located at Red River Exhibition Park in Winnipeg, the display offers a drive through route amongst some very unique outdoor light displays. Along the route, you can stop at the outdoor skating rink to enjoy a family skate or undertake the free horse-drawn sleigh ride on weekends. Admission is by vehicle pass purchased in advance or at the gate. It's a great way to spend quality time with your family and celebrate the season of lights - 3 million watts of them! The Canad Inns Winter Wonderland is proud to support three important programs in Manitoba - The Fire Fighters Burn Fund, the Law Enforcement Torch Run, and Riverview Health Centre.
Special ticket pricing is available for tickets purchased in advance from any Canad Inns Hotel Front Desk or suppliers noted on the Winter Wonderland website. Tickets are also available at the gate. Hours of operation run from 6pm to 10pm daily from November 27th, 2009 through January 3rd, 2010 (Closed on Christmas Day - December 25th). Canad Inns conducts a colouring contest for children in conjunction with this event. Colouring contest entries are available from any of Canad Inns - AALTOS Garden Cafés and from the entry gate at Red River Exhibition Park during the event. A winner is selected upon the completion of the event and the recipient receives a special prize package from Canad Inns, as well as a night’s stay in our Kid’s Theme Room.
